  • 1. Straight Rail Pipe Fence

    o Upright posts with 2–5 horizontal rails.

    o Clean and simple, ideal for property lines or pasture fencing.

    2. Top Rail with Wire Mesh

    o One or two rails with field fence, no-climb wire, or barbed wire in between.

    o Perfect for horses or smaller livestock where safety is important.

    3. Continuous Panel Fence

    o Welded panels of pipe, typically with uniform spacing.

    o Fast installation and very strong.

    4. Pipe Fence with Decorative Gates

    o Heavy-duty pipe tied into custom ranch-style gates.

    o Can include branding, initials, or decorative metalwork.

  • 2 3/8” (Schedule 40 or drill stem) – Most common for posts and top rails. Strong,

    reliable, and cost-effective.

     2 7/8” – Heavier option often used for corner posts, bracing, or gates.

     4 1/2” and larger – Heavy-duty posts for entryways, overheads, or when extra strength is

    required.

     7/8” – 1 1/4” sucker rod – Often used for rails, cross braces, or filler sections.
